The role of Sales Advisor is a key front line position. You are the main focus of the company for meeting and greeting our clients and maximising opportunities over the phone, therefore you will need to enjoy working with people, have a bubbly personality and also an inner drive to reach the targets you will be set.
You will be involved in accompanying customers on viewings, generating appointments and business and be active within the office by calling clients and prospective clients.
You will need to take part in the morning meetings, plus help with general administrative duties. You will be organised, ambitious and determined to progress.
Previous estate agency experience is not required as this is a great role to understand the business and many people who have held this role have progressed far within the company. Indeed, many of our top Managers and Directors started out as Sales Advisors!
Getting properties on to the market is essential to our business success, so your role will be to list as many properties as possible at the right price and for the right fee.
You will also promote other ancillary services such as conveyancing and mortgages, generate appointments for viewings, and sell homes at the same time.
Our valuers have the best tools available to promote the services of our company and they are target-driven and dedicated to getting the best possible price for our clients.
Many of our Branch Managers have worked their way up through the company. This means that they have credibility and the respect of the people who are working around them.
They are responsible for managing the day to day running of the office and are in charge of maximising the income and profitability of their branch by the successful listing and selling of properties and ancillary products and services.
Customer service is paramount to this role, plus the ability to manage and motivate branch members. You will also be involved in the training, development and welfare of your staff.
