Week 1 - Core Skills Training
It’s important to us that you feel equipped and ready to help our customers with their dream move, therefore this week is spent in our purpose built training centre working with our exceptional trainers. At the end of which two days will be spent on the phones practicing the skills you have learnt in a controlled training environment, using our in-house computer system and actual buyers from your own offices. Ensuring you feel comfortable and equipped to start helping our customers.
During the week our energised and practical sessions will cover:
- What makes a successful estate agent
- Identifying sales opportunities
- Selling and closing skills
- The role of an estate agent in helping people buy their dream home
- Customer Service and out-passioning our competition (The Arun Way)
- Company standards and expectations
- Industry compliance
You will then be ready to start work in your assigned office. Support will continue to be at hand from your colleagues and Manager. Plus you will receive regular visits from our experienced Field Trainers who are just a phone call away.

Following two weeks in branch you will return to Foundation training for a further two days of classroom training at our training centre, expanding your estate agency knowledge and advancing your skills to ensure you are in a position to help our customers with their dream move.
Week 8 - Next Steps
Two months in you will then be ready to return to the Academy to take your training on the buying process to the next level, focusing on personal objectives that you want to set yourself moving forward and refining your estate agency skills.
As part of your Academy experience during your initial 12 weeks you will also be invited to attend coaching and feedback sessions with your Operational Director. These sessions will provide a great opportunity for you to share progress and broaden your skills and knowledge.
Support from your field trainers also continues out in branch and your Operational Director will meet with you individually both at month 3 and 6 to discuss progress and your aspirations. Your success is important to us so your Operational Director will continue to track your progress, set you promotional targets and identify when you are ready for the next stage of your development and training with the company.
