My mother and I chose this apartment as it had so many positives. From the proximity of the shops and supermarkets, the health centre in London Road, the bus stop across the road and main-line train station around the corner, Barton Mill Court had everything we were looking for. Security was a consideration so to have the services of an on-site manager and call lines throughout the flat gave us peace of mind. When she moved in, we refurbished the kitchen and added a larger step-in shower so the new owner will be saved that task. There is a real sense of community in Barton Mill Court – with coffee mornings and lunches where other apartment owners can gather and chat, something that our mother particularly enjoyed.
