We moved to this home approximately 23 years ago. We were specifically looking for a bungalow and fell in love with the location because of how peaceful it is. We also found, compared to other villages surrounding Canterbury, we were able to get a lot more for our money.

On viewing this bungalow everything felt right including the layout and how light it was. We have made several changes and more recently have installed a new kitchen and bathroom, replaced most of the carpets, replaced the internal doors and also the front wall with new gates.
