This home has been a great investment for us; we have had it rented out for the last 10 years and have received plenty of enquiries over the years.

We have now taken the decision to sell as we would like to look at other ideas.

Since we have owned it, we have replaced the boiler and we have just replaced the kitchen and bathroom and redecorated, tiled the hallway and replaced the carpets.

We pay the parish council £25 per year for rear access and we also pay £20 a year to park behind the house in the village hall car park. These permits can be purchased from February until the end of May.
