My brother and I have owned our bungalow since 1995 and being retired farmers we were keen to find a property that was in a rural location where we could still enjoy the countryside.
We like the size of the bungalow and the double garage gave us the room for our gardening equipment and cars.
The location was perfect for our needs as we are only a short drive away from Maidstone, Headcorn and Ashford.
The bungalow does have an agricultural tie which potential buyers should be aware of and consider.
