We have happily lived here for the past 28 years. In that time we have raised a family and now seen them fly the nest. The apartment has always suited our needs but we really don't need this much space anymore.

The road is safe and friendly and considered to be one of the best in Folkestone. We are within walking distance to Folkestone West station, which makes commuting to London a piece of cake. In fact, nearly all the amenities you could need are close by, making this a very convenient place to live.
