We decided to buy this house as it was a great size with a flowing layout and we loved the location, being away from the road.

We had considered converting part of the car port to a utility area as there is plenty of space to do this, still leaving plenty of parking. Anyone interested would need to get the relevant permissions from Ashford Borough Council.

The neighbours here are lovely and there is a good community feel in the area.
