“We built this property and are exceedingly proud of the wonderful result. We bought the place initially because we loved the peace and quiet of the countryside yet could be accessible to Canterbury, Dover and London quite quickly. When we bought the property there was a small house in what was virtually a field and so we demolished the house and built the lovely place you see today. Over the years we have continually improved it and enhanced the grounds but feel it is now time to downsize and so enable another family to take advantage of everything this home has to offer. The villages of Woodnesborough and Eastry and quite close and a little further afield there are two ancient village pubs, the Griffin in Chillenden where each month they hold a classic car rally and the Black Pig in Barnsole where you will also find a vineyard.
