The family tell us, “It was the location that sold the home to us; we are situated within a highly-regarded setting and we benefit from a good-sized garden with an overall plot of 0.274 acres.

We recall when we first came to view the property we were impressed by the spaciousness of the accommodation, especially the living spaces. Another key factor for us was the indoor swimming pool, it certainly had the ‘WOW' factor. Over the years, it's been put to good use, however now it is seldom used and needs some refurbishment to this space.

We have owned the home for in excess of twenty years. The layout has an emphasis on family living and entertaining, with the sitting and dining areas adjoining each other.
