What the owner says
Potential buyers are normally interested in why the current owner originally bought the property and what attracted them to it. An insightful interview with the owner can tell buyers a lot about how the property can make a good home for them.
It is a delightfully quiet area with charming neighbours who are always available to support each other. Our children love it here as there is so much to do and we feel it is a very safe area for them. For those who enjoy country pursuits, we are within walking distance of the Fordwich and Westbere lakes for sailing, fishing and hiking
The joy of living in this house is the amount of reception space available. It is lovely to throw open the doors and windows and let the air circulate. In the good weather we make great use of the sunny patios. The lower patio is ideal for Sunday morning breakfast and the upper patio has played host to many an eventful barbecue.
The village is a very friendly place and won Kent Village of the Year in 2005. Both our children both attended the excellent primary school and have gone on to do very well at the grammar schools in Sandwich. There are plenty of local shops and amenities in Eastry as well as a raft of community activities at the village hall.
