"I started my career with Wards nearly five years ago and, from day one in the training room, I knew I had chosen the best company to work for. I genuinely don't think I could have started my career any better. Inspired by our award-winning training programmes, I am proud to be part of the company's Premium Agent culture. The care we have for our customers and staff is exceptional and I have experienced this first hand.
I pride myself on delivering only the best and challenging myself every day to make sure all of our customers are looked after from the moment I have that first conversation with them to the point where I hand over the keys - an enthusiasm and desire which runs through the whole team here in Loose. My passion and energy for this role is genuine; the preconceived stereotype of estate agents really frustrates me as this is far from what we are about – we are passionate, determined and have a sincere desire to help.
