"I started here 25 years ago and have benefited from the company's award-winning training scheme, which has enabled me to achieve my current role as Branch Partner here in Ramsgate. The town is a fantastic place in which to work, with a stunning coastline and the only Royal Harbour in the country. Who wouldn't want to work or live here! The vibrant cafe culture has been a real hit and has helped the area go from strength to strength.
There are many aspects of my job which are important to me: being part of the local community is very rewarding, and helping people to achieve their perfect move is another.
As a company, we regularly participate in fundraising for charity. My team and I are passionate about it and there is nothing more fulfilling. I have attended our annual Children's Awards which celebrates the courage and determination of children and individuals, and it is an honour to be part of such an event.
