"We have loved living here for the past 4 years as our first family home. The road is quiet with really friendly neighbours and Preston Park is a 2 minute walk from the front door. Our daughter learnt to ride her bike around the velodrome in The Park and we have loved being so close for summer evening picnics. It's also a great location being so close to Fiveways and the bus at the end of the road takes you straight into Brighton and the seafront. And with such excellent schools around (both primary and secondary) it's a great place to be for kids. The previous owners refurbished the house to a really high standard and we have recently decorated to keep that standard high.
