‘Just over 35 years ago I started as a trainee Sales Advisor in our Hythe branch. I quickly found out that I had a passion for helping people move on in their life’s journey and even today there is no better feeling than handing over the keys to a buyer as they take ownership of their new home. That is the job satisfaction that makes me feel proud to work for Wards.
‘I have lived on the Romney Marsh all my life and my family go back several generations. Often, I will stand in someone’s home and find myself saying’ “I can remember when this was just a field!”. As such, I am perfectly placed to be able to sincerely help people as they move within the local area.
