Wards Safely Reopening Our Doors!

The time has finally come! After what feels like forever, Wards are finally reopening our doors across Kent and safely welcoming our fantastic customers back in!

We locked our doors to the public in March 2020 and, though we have continued to operate throughout the last 18 months, we have been doing so with strict Covid procedures.

We are still committed to protecting our customers and colleagues, so we aren’t completely throwing the rule book out the window. We will maintain some measures including:

• Asking some customers to initially wait outside if the office is at capacity
• We will not be able to accommodate groups of more than 2 people at any one time
• We’re still asking customers to maintain a comfortable social distance
• As much as possible, we will be operating a contactless branch
• And, of course, anybody with any Covid symptoms will not be allowed inside

We can’t wait to speak to you all face-to-face but it’s important that we all take this next step cautiously and work together to create an environment we are all comfortable with – if you’d prefer us to still wear face coverings, all you need to do is ask.
