This charming property is located on a delightful cul-de-sac just off Wingham high street. It is set back from the road with a block paved driveway leading to the garage. There is a front lawn bordered by a tiled frontage and a covered entrance with a front door that opens into the tiled hallway that has access to a cloakroom and a hall cupboard.

There is a good sized kitchen/diner, with an internal door to the garage and wood fronted shaker style storage units, space for a range cooker and a fridge freezer as well as integrated appliances. The spacious, light and bright dual aspect lounge has solid wood flooring, a lantern skylight, three bi-fold doors to the rear terrace and glazed French doors to the dining room that can also be accessed from the hall. This charming room features a box bay window and a cast iron and tiled fireplace with a marble surround and a door to the family room. This room would make an excellent office for working from home, or a separate playroom, music room or additional bedroom.

Upstairs there is a family bathroom and four bedrooms. The principal has a box bay window offering stunning views, built in cupboards and an ensuite shower. There is a dual aspect double with window shutters and a partially vaulted ceiling, a double with great views and a fitted wardrobe and a single with built in cupboards currently in use as a dressing room.

The easy-to-manage and secluded rear garden includes a paved terrace bordered by a lawn, a garden shed, a wraparound pathway and a raised decked patio. There is also a paved area that is ideal for a hot tub.
